The vibration meter is perfect for checking vibrating parts, machines, and plants. Its external sensor measures vibration displacement up to 3.9 mm, vibration velocity up to 399.9 mm/s, and vibration acceleration up to 399.9 m/s². The meter offers measurement parameters such as RMS, peak, peak-to-peak, and crest factor. It also performs automatic evaluations according to ISO 10816-3, allowing it to determine a machine’s vibration state with a good/bad rating. This makes the vibration meter useful for repair and maintenance work on machines. Its built-in 2500 mAh LiPo battery provides up to 20 hours of battery life and can be recharged via the micro-USB interface.
Users can save measured values directly on the vibration meter, either manually or automatically, thanks to its internal memory. After measurements are taken, the recorded data can be transferred to a PC for further analysis. The included software allows users to view data graphically and in tables, and export it as a CSV file for additional processing. Firmware updates for the vibration meter can also be performed through the software.
