Lux Meter PCE-LMD 5 with external probe offers a sampling rate of 4 Hz and a measuring range of 0 to 400 kLux. It features a micro-USB interface and displays units in lux and footcandle. You can optionally equip it with an ISO calibration certificate.
The lux meter measures illuminance from 0 to 400 lux using an external silicon photodiode with a spectral filter. Position the lux meter appropriately for any measuring task. The device displays measured values in both lux and footcandles, and also shows them on a scale.
The lux meter includes additional functions for detailed illuminance analysis. Use the “MIN” and “MAX” buttons to display the largest and smallest measured values. The “REL” button allows setting the displayed value in relation to a reference. The “PEAK” function records peak values, and the lux meter has a sampling rate of 10 µs.
The PCE-LMD 10 model includes a data memory of 32,000 measured values. After measurement, you can read out and analyze these values on a PC. You can also conduct live measurements on the PC. Export data from the lux meter in CSV format for further processing.
Recharge the built-in 3.7V Li-Ion battery using a 5V DC connection via the micro-USB interface. This lux meter’s measuring range and various functions make it ideal for controlling lighting in greenhouses, workplaces, production workshops, and photo studios. Equip the lux meter with an optional ISO calibration certificate for enhanced accuracy.
