Borewell Inspection Camera

A belt tension meter can be used to determine whether an installed drive belt has the recommended pretension. The target values for the belt tension are specified by the manufacturer of the system or the belt depending on the area of application, material and construction. But it is not only when installing the belts that you have to pay attention to the correct pretension. Since the belt tension can change during operation of a system due to various influences, it should be checked with a suitable belt tension measuring device during regular maintenance and checks, but also if irregularities occur.

In many applications, the belt tension meter is used to determine the natural frequency of the tensioned belt. To do this, the system must be shut down and the stationary belt set in motion by hitting it. These vibrations must then be recorded and evaluated at a suitable point with the belt tension meter. With the determined vibration frequency, the belt tension measuring device can often calculate further values for the belt if the necessary initial data have been entered.

The METERDI Pipe Inspection Crawler Robot MR-PICR7 is a specialized machine designed for inspecting the inner lining of pipes. This robot works by navigating through narrow pipes and using sophisticated sensors and imaging technologies to gather information about the condition of the pipe’s interior.
