Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing of industrial measuring instruments or related products.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing: Promote and sell our range of industrial measuring instruments to potential customers within the assigned region. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to customers, helping them understand the functionalities and benefits of our products.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform management of performance and market conditions. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our instruments. Travel: Travel within the designated region to meet with clients and prospects, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows.
